Ludwig Edinger (1855-1918) was a German neurologist and anatomist.
The founder of comparative neuro-anatomy. Edinger coined the terms ‘gnosis‘ and ‘praxis‘ which were later adopted in psychological descriptions of agnosia and apraxia.
